When I was a little girl (about 5/6 years old) I would always wake up early to go to school because my mom had to drop me off before going to work. After dressing up I would sit on her bed and stare at her as she was getting ready.I would especially admire her polished Italian suits, her court heels and gold accesories.I'm not sure  if it was the feminIne looks or the effortless elegance that always left me in awe.I just remember thinking to myself, 'I cant wait to grow up and dress up just like her...'

Ion, after chopping off my hair (about two years ago) it feels amazing to be able to put my hair up in a bun. Its been a long time coming.

I think I might be a hoarder. I say this because most of the stuff in my closet I've had for so many years. For example this camo jacket.... I've had it for about 6/7 years now and each time I'm about to get rid of it, I find something new to pair it with. There's nothing as hard as cleaning out my closet. I'm sure a lot of people can relate, no? 

At this point I think I should just keep it for my future daughter (hopefully she'll love to dress up) because I dont see myself giving it away any time soon. 

I just hope this habit doesnt move into other areas of my life.Although, in my closet I feel like it's for a good cause lol.

One of my favorite things to do is coming up with vintage inspired looks. Alot of times I leave the mall feeling so uninspired because most of the stores have the same style of clothes depending on what's trending.

That's what leads to my occassional visit to a thrift store. I love finding unique pieces that take me back to the 60's, 70's and 80's and styling them in a more chic way. 

You dont have to dress like everybody else to look good, try something different but have a method to your madness. I mean.... I dont want you to look like a clown either 😂😂

           After a one month long summer vacation I lost all my motivation for eating clean and working out,so here I am 10pounds later *sob *sob.  Anyway, for a Sunday fit I decided to pair these black tights with a classic chiffon blouse. This always works for me when I want to look good without trying too hard. You can also untuck the shirt for an even more relaxed look :)    

I will definitely be spending the next couple of weeks in the gym.

Over and done with the Summer

      As the title suggests, I am so over the summer. I mean, I love the heat, the minimal dressing, playing around with bright colors.... the list goes on and on. However, I miss the layering, all the chic cozy outfits, and all kinds of cute boots. Speaking of boots I am loving the current thigh high trend. I'm not one to follow trends but I certainly couldn't imagine missing out on this one. Here are some cute transitioning into fall outfit ideas. And if you don't want to show some skin you could go the Kim K route and wear a midi dress with the boots and maybe throw on an oversized denim jacket :)
